Refund policy

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All replacements will be processed within 7 business days.

As all products are custom made for each and every order, we do not offer change of mind returns. However if the product that you received was damaged or faulty, please send us an email on contact-us@travelarty.com and we would be happy to arrange for a replacement for you. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case we are unable to arrange for a replacement product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

In case you have placed the order by mistake, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of order placement by reaching out to us over Whatsapp on +91 7973249939.
