Refund policy

As all products are custom made for each and every order, we do not offer change of mind returns. However if the product that you received was damaged or faulty, please send us an email on contact-us@travelarty.com and we would be happy to arrange for a replacement for you. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case we are unable to arrange for a replacement product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

In case you have placed the order by mistake, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of order placement by reaching out to us over Whatsapp on +91 7973249939. There is a 20 percent deductible for each order cancellation. Please note that any orders placed via EMI, careless EMI, Snapmint or redemption of points or vouchers cannot be cancelled at any point of time post order placement.
