1. How can I buy paintings online from your store?
- To purchase our framed art prints, simply browse our collection, select the one you like, and click "Buy Now". Post that you need to fill in your details and we will deliver your order in. 7-10 business days.
2. What's the difference between framed art prints and framed posters?
- Art prints are high-quality reproductions of artworks framed just for you, while framed posters are typically printed posters placed in a frame.
3. Can I find paintings for my home or living room on your website?
- Yes, we offer a variety of art prints suitable for home and living room decor.
4. What is wall decor, and how can your art prints enhance it?
- Wall decor is the art of decorating your walls. Our framed art prints are a perfect choice for enhancing your wall decor.
5. Do you offer returns or exchanges if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
- Yes, we offer a stress free 7-day exchange policy in case you got a damaged/defective product. Since all products are made to order we do not offer change of mind returns, but in case you placed an order by mistake we offer a 2 hour cancellation window. You can email us or Whatsapp us within 2 hours of placing your order.
6. How do I place an order for custom framing options?

7. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, PhonePe and digital wallets.
8. Is cash on delivery (COD) available for orders in India?
- Yes, we offer COD as a payment option for customers in India.
9. Do you offer international shipping for your art prints?

10. How can I track my order after making a purchase?
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link from our shipping partner to monitor its status.
11. Are the art prints on your website available in different sizes?
- Yes, we offer various sizes to suit your preferences. Check the individual product pages for size options.
12. Can I request a specific frame style for my art print?
- We offer a classic black frame by default to suit all kinds of homes and businesses. However if you have a specific requirement please get in touch with out customer support team.
13. How are your art prints packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition?
- We take great care in packaging to ensure your art print arrives in pristine condition. We use protective film on individual artwork, bubble wrap your order and then add another layer of 3-ply cardboard to ensure that the products reach out in the best condition.
14. Are your art prints ready to hang on the wall upon arrival?
- Yes, our framed art prints come with pre-installed hanging hardware for your convenience.
15. Do you offer gift-wrapping and personalized notes for art print orders?
- We do not provide gift-wrapping as yet, but we can certainly add personalised notes for your orders. Please feel free to contact our customer support team on Whatsapp for such requests.
